Well, only lost 7 pounds, and don’t feel a whole lot better. Found out my flexibility is about shit. Looking forward to having a root beer and mac and cheese, but will definitely be making an effort to stay away from processed foods and stay active from now on....

Daylight savings time, or rather, the lack thereof, is screwing with my sleep, even though I’m hitting my goal. Isn’t helping my stress at all.
This is about the 5th time I’ve recorded my score only for it not to take. Sigh.
Feeling physically better today, emotionally not so much. Didn’t get my goals accomplished today either, and I’m going to be hitting a deadline before too long. Praying I can concentrate tomorrow. And see Doctor Strange.
