I just got a message from YouTube that this video is unwatchable in 248 countries because it infringes on CBS’ copyright.

1. It’s only 30 seconds TOTAL, which means all of the episode clips I used are clearly within Fair Use.
2. It’s an example of work I did while I was working for Paramount, which held the copyright at that time.
3. It’s Star Trek footage to promote a Star Trek marathon on a Paramount & CBS owned local station. It doesn’t infringe on the copyright. It enhances it.

My only guess is that they’re enforcing their rights on any and all Star Trek clips online in anticipation of their new Star Trek Webseries coming soon.
