Shot a brief scene today for a UCLA Extension student’s storytelling class. It’s a fun little experiment – the teacher gave them just the dialogue from a scene that already exists in a movie, and the students write a story and setting that fits the dialogue.
I had auditioned last week for another student’s vision of this scene and didn’t get cast, but Claudia, who watched me work on two other Directing students in class scenes (one from Kramer vs Kramer and one from 21 Grams) called me up directly and asked me to help her out!
